Short one. The DelveWright store page is live, the trailer is on it, and the game has a date: November 3, 2026.
If you have been waiting for somewhere to put your interest, that is the place. Wishlisting is the single most useful thing you can do for a release like this. It tells Steam to put the game in front of more players on launch day, and for an indie game that is most of the whole battle.
The trailer leads with the thing DelveWright is actually about. You are walking a corridor of The Below in real time, free movement, no grid and no tiles, and then something finds you and the world snaps into a pure menu battle right where you are standing. No fade, no separate arena, no load screen. When it is over you are back to walking in the same breath. Watch that transition. It is the reason the game exists.
There are screenshots up there too, and I have put the same ones on the game page here if you would rather stay on this side of the internet.
Between now and November 3 I will be showing the pieces I have kept back: a boss that chases you, the decision you make at the lift when you are carrying more than you want to lose, and what it actually costs to die with an unbanked haul. The town rebuilding itself out of the loot you banked is the one I am most looking forward to showing.
Wishlist it, and I will see you on the third.
More soon. The forge never sleeps.
