Rune Rush is a match-3 puzzle game you play right in your browser — no download, no account, no waiting. Swap adjacent runes to line up three or more of the same symbol, clear them off the board, and watch fresh runes cascade in to set up the next chain.
It is built in Godot and tuned for quick, satisfying sessions: one screen, simple rules, and a board that keeps giving you new combos the longer you keep it moving. Pick it up for thirty seconds or chase a high score for an hour.
How to Play
- Swap two adjacent runes to make a row or column of three or more matching symbols.
- Matched runes clear and the ones above drop down, often triggering more matches — chains and cascades are where the big scores come from.
- Keep the board active and look several moves ahead to line up combos.

- Click a rune, then click an adjacent rune to swap them

- Tap two adjacent runes (or drag one onto its neighbour)
Tips
- Hunt for swaps that set off a cascade rather than a single three-match.
- Clearing runes low on the board drops more pieces in, which fuels longer chains.
